BK55 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bk55 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all activity on the bk55 website accessible at bk55.world and any associated services, products, and promotional content.

By accessing the bk55 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bk55 platform.

These Terms are provided in English (en-PK) for Pakistani players. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence.

To register and maintain a bk55 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bk55 has zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately.
• You must be a natural person — bk55 accounts may not be registered by corporations, trusts, or other legal entities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You are permitted to hold only one bk55 account. Opening multiple accounts under different names, email addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close relative of bk55 or any of its affiliated partner companies.
• You confirm that gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to your specific personal circumstances.

bk55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bk55 account credentials, including your username and password. bk55 strongly recommends the following practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered on your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your bk55 account fully after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact bk55 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

bk55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. All activity performed through your bk55 account login is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to our support team in writing.

bk55 support staff will never ask you for your full password by any communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from bk55 requesting your full password, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately.

All financial transactions on bk55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on bk55 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically reflected in your bk55 balance within seconds. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 2 business hours.
• bk55 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside bk55's control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bk55 may request a copy of your CNIC or other proof of identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• bk55 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or pending verification requirements.
• Funds from active bonuses that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering obligation is fulfilled.

bk55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its registered players, including but not limited to: the welcome bonus, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and event-based promotional offers tied to cricket tournaments including the PSL.

The following terms apply to all bk55 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a stated wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, minimum odds requirements will be specified. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time on bk55. Opting into a new bonus forfeits any current active bonus balance.
• Time Limits: Every bonus on bk55 has an expiry period, typically stated in days from the moment the bonus is credited. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in the bonus and any derived winnings being cancelled.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: bk55 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or void winnings where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk matched betting, or coordinated systematic play — is identified.

bk55 may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting on bk55, including cricket betting, virtual sports, and any other wagering markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the bk55 platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation.
• bk55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including technical glitches, obvious pricing mistakes, or data feed errors. Voided bets are refunded at stake value.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and the current state of the event. bk55 may suspend live betting markets at any time at its sole discretion.
• For cricket betting, if a match is abandoned before a result is reached, all match winner bets are voided and stakes refunded. Markets that settled prior to abandonment — such as powerplay runs or first over total — stand. D/L method results are treated as official.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per match. These limits are displayed on each market before bet confirmation.
• bk55 pays out at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed. Any subsequent odds movement does not affect already-confirmed bets.
• bk55 reserves the right to limit the bet amounts or market access of any account at its discretion, including accounts identified as professional bettors or systematic arbitrage operators.

bk55 offers a range of casino and gaming products including, but not limited to: live casino table games, Teen Patti variants, fishing games, virtual sports simulations, and crash-style games.

• All casino games offered on bk55 — including those powered by third-party providers — use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by certified studio dealers. bk55 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Players must be 18 or older to access any casino or gaming product on bk55.
• Any suspected technical fault or game disruption during a session must be reported to bk55 support immediately. bk55 will investigate and, where a fault is confirmed, issue a fair resolution. The decision of bk55 in such matters is final.
• Winnings generated through casino games are subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements if a bonus was active at the time of play.
• Free play or demo game sessions, where available, cannot generate real-money winnings and are provided for entertainment and familiarisation purposes only.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bk55 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one bk55 account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to interact with the bk55 platform in a way not available to regular users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit or unfairly exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or other technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected software errors are void.
• Money laundering or using bk55 for any purpose connected to criminal activity. bk55 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk matched bets to meet wagering requirements, coordinating multiple accounts to collectively exploit a promotion, or any other strategy designed to unfairly extract bonus value.
• Attempting to access bk55 systems, servers, or databases without authorisation, or attempting to disrupt the platform's availability or performance.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bk55 account or account balance to any third party.

All content on the bk55 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk55 or its licensed content partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk55 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include permission to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bk55 content without prior written permission.
• Use bk55 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside the platform without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the bk55 platform.
• Create derivative works based on bk55 content or software.

Unauthorised use of bk55 intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk55 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bk55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond bk55's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any action taken by bk55 in good faith in response to suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.

bk55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, for which bk55 is not liable.

bk55 takes its responsibility to promote safe and controlled gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. To support this, bk55 offers the following tools directly within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours, giving you time to reflect.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert when you have been actively playing for a duration you define.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period. When the limit is reached, betting and gaming access is suspended until the period resets.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications showing how long your current session has been active and your net win/loss position during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from bk55. During a self-exclusion period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Exclusions are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

bk55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bk55 will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform upon login. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the bk55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the bk55 platform and close your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. bk55 operates under a valid gaming licence issued by the relevant licensing authority.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bk55's internal complaints process shall be referred to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution procedure.
